| This teddy bear has the Steiff button in his left ear with the long F which indicates that he was made sometime in the 1920s. He is in quite good shape for his age, showing only some small areas of mohair loss that I have circled on the pictures. Pads are intact. Stitching on nose and paws is intact. Has hump on back. Fur is discolored from exposure over the years but he used to be white as indicated by brown stitching on nose and paws. I cannot get him to growl and do not know if he came with a growler.
